1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the acc44 platform (https://acc44.app) and all of its services. acc44 is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions are legally binding and constitute an agreement between acc44 and its members.

Using any acc44 service means you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any of these terms, please refrain from using acc44.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account with acc44. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Registering with false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds at any time.

• Each individual may open only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• Your real name, date of birth, and contact details must be provided at the time of registration.
• Acc44 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time.
• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password secure.

After completing the acc44 registration process, you may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license to verify your identity. Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

3 Betting Rules

Please read the rules for each event carefully before placing a bet on acc44. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. acc44 determines all bet outcomes in accordance with its betting rules and terms.

• The minimum bet amount may vary by event.
• Maximum bet amounts are determined by the member's tier and event type.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, acc44 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In a parlay bet, all selections must win — otherwise the entire bet is lost.

The acc44 betting system is fully RNG (Random Number Generator) based, ensuring fair and unbiased outcomes. Any dispute regarding a result must be raised with the support team within 48 hours.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Acc44 accepts Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Without KYC verification, the maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 50,000.
• If a transaction appears suspicious, acc44 may place a hold on the funds pending investigation.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All acc44 bonuses and promotions have their own specific terms. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with its applicable conditions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified Wagering Requirement must be met first.

• Welcome bonuses generally carry a Wagering Requirement of 10x–30x.
• Using the same promotion across multiple accounts will result in both accounts being terminated.
• Bonus validity is generally 7 to 30 days.
• Acc44 may modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Cashback bonuses apply to net losses only.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on acc44. If these Terms & Conditions are violated, acc44 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any balance without prior notice.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or bonus exploitation.
• Match fixing or placing bets using illegal insider information.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Unauthorized access or hacking of the acc44 system.
• Stealing account credentials belonging to another member.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's systems in any way.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Acc44 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under certain circumstances. If an account is closed with a valid balance remaining, it will generally be refunded — however, funds may be held during any ongoing investigation.

• If there is suspicion of a terms violation.
• If registration is completed using false information.
• An account can be closed at the member's own request.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

8 Privacy & Data Protection
